The cottage has been beautifully renovated by a local designer, using a mix of antique and modern to create a comfortable relaxed feel for guests and good facilities with a hand made fitted kitchen and a range style cooker. The living room has a Wood burner for cosy nights in.
 
An ideal location, it is only 10 minutes drive into Blakeney and the beautiful coast or 8 minutes into Holt one of the most attractive small towns in Norfolk, a good place to wander and shop. Close to great eating places and the garage on the main road (3 minutes away) has newspapers and a well stocked shop.
 
Ground Floor – Spacious utility/ boot room, kitchen, dining room, sitting room (woodburner), the ‘garden’ double bedroom and ensuite shower, a large ‘L’ shaped room with 2 + 2 good sized single beds and ensuite bathroom (handset shower). Also, a further cloak room with shower.
 
First Floor – Twin bedroom, double room with king size bed, Family bathroom (handset shower) between the rooms.
 
There is also a pretty garden with lawn, flower beds and patio, positioned to catch the sun. Parking available for 3 cars on own drive way.
