Situated in a small select courtyard, this cottage provides stylish and beautifully presented accommodation for those couples and small families wishing to enjoy a location close to all the myriad attractions of this area on their doorstep. Burnham Market is down the road as are the fabulous sandy beaches of Brancaster and Holkham. Fitted throughout to an exceptionally high standard, this cottage benefits from a small pretty garden with patio in which to enjoy a sundowner on warm summer evenings, or relax in your own oasis of tranquillity during the day.

 

On entering the cottage you are immediately drawn to the quality of furniture and fittings from the ceramic flooring of the kitchen, attractive paint finishes and the super bathroom.

 

Downstairs, the accommodation consists of a small but well planned and equipped fitted kitchen with a mix of fixed and freestanding units. The sitting room includes a comfy sofa and this, together with some delightfully tasteful accents and creative use of lighting, creates a cosy room to relax in.

 

Upstairs, the master double bedroom with king size bed is simply and tastefully furnished. The second bedroom (4ft bed) is snug, but light and airy.

The bathroom is filled with natural light and the white bathroom fittings with roll top bath are modern and of a high standard.

 

Parking is just outside the cottage and there is further parking on the village Green 200 meters away.

 

Please note: this cottage can sleep up to 4 people - the second bedroom has a 4' bed, which is slightly smaller than a standard double
